Full terms of use:

  1. By signing up for LooKosmetics' services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to receive aesthetic treatments in your country or state.

  2. When you sign up for LooKosmetics' updates and competitions, you will be asked to provide personal information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. This information will only be used by LooKosmetics for the purposes of running competitions and distributing relevant updates on offers and new services. We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent.

  3. Entries for giveaways are limited to one per person (entering more than once may disqualify you from any giveaways) and open to new and existing clients. The winner will be generated using a random generator and the name posted (first name and initial of surname) when the giveaway has ended.

  4.  When a winner is selected for a giveaway, a total of 5 are collected at that point of the draw, in the case that there is no response from the winner, the next in line will win the prize.

  5. Giveaways are non-transferable for the cash equivalent and should be redeemed within a set time period if applicable which would be communicated at the time of winning.

  6. LooKosmetics takes the privacy and security of your personal information seriously and complies with the GDPR regulations. Emails that are sent out will allow clients to unsubscribe from the email notifications at any point.

  7. By signing up for LooKosmetics' updates and competitions, you agree to have read the T&Cs and acknowledge that you have provided your personal information voluntarily.

  8. LooKosmetics will comply with relevant UK laws regarding the storage and retention of client treatment information. We will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services to you and for as long as we are required to keep it by law.
