Polynucleotides have an initial course of 3-4 sessions dependent on the individual clients needs and the concerned treatment areas.

Once this initial course is complete, a maintenance dose is usually given around two or three times a year to maintain this new baseline result.

This treatment utilises the Mastelli Polynucleotide range, tailored to each client’s specific treatment area and concerns, as discussed with their clinician. The concentration of products varies, with some formulations containing hyaluronic acid, ideal for conditions such as acne or for clients seeking enhanced moisturising properties.

To maximise results, our treatments include post nano-needling of exosomes, followed by the application of an exosome gel/mask to accelerate healing and improve outcomes.

Maintenance:

Treatment Overview:
This treatment utilises Plinest Hair Polynucleotides by Mastelli. According to the manufacturer’s guidance, we start with Phase I, which consists of 4 sessions with 14-day intervals between sessions.

An assessment is conducted post Phase I before commencing Phase II, which comprises another 4 sessions with 30-day intervals- this is usually started between 1-4 months after Phase I then maintenance sessions recommended every quarter.

PLINEST® Hair is an injectable product designed to improve the scalp condition and hair quality. It contains polynucleotides, which are clinically proven to regenerate hair follicles and improve scalp conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and dandruff when used alongside other at-home treatments.

Am I suitable for Polynucleotides if I'm pregnant?
No, like most injectables this is not suitable for those pregnant, breastfeeding , clients with keloid scarring or those with a fish allergy. The suitability will be decided upon the consultation itself for full inclusion or exclusion.

Can I use Polynucleotides to treat under eye dark circles or forehead?
Yes, this product can be used in usually tough to treat areas. It can help with under the eye dark circles where sometime skin boosters or dermal fillers are contraindicated.

Do these injections hurt?
These injection can be slightly uncomfortable so we tend do use topical anaesthetic for mesotherapy where multiple injection points are required to make the experience near painless.

Will I look ‘overdone’?
No, Polynucleotides aim to regenerate the skin tone and texture and improve it, you should see a natural brighter, fresher you. This can be paired with contouring treatments like dermal fillers or hydration treatments such a skin boosters.
